We're excited to announce that the new home construction that immediately surrounds Grand Palms Resort is nearly complete. Only four homes located behind building 243 remain to be completed.
Additional Construction in the Community
When driving to the Resort from the Front Desk, you will notice two new construction projects along Platt Blvd. The first is a group of new condominiums being built on the right-hand (North) side of Platt Blvd. just beyond the first traffic circle. The second is a new residential housing development located just beyond and to the North of the second traffic circle.
Both of these projects are situated far enough away from the Resort that they shouldn't disrupt your ability to enjoy your Myrtle Beach vacation to its fullest.
