We're thrilled to announce that the new home construction that immediately surrounds Grand Palms Resort is complete! No more hammering, no more "beep, beep, beep" of heavy machinery. Grand Palms Resort is back to the relaxing vacation oasis it was meant to be.

Ongoing Development in the Community

When driving to the Resort from the Front Desk, you will notice two new construction projects along Platt Blvd. The first is a group of new condominiums being built on the right-hand (North) side of Platt Blvd. just beyond the first traffic circle. The second is a new residential housing development located just beyond and to the North of the second traffic circle.

Both of these projects are situated far enough away from the Resort that they shouldn't disrupt your ability to enjoy your Myrtle Beach vacation to its fullest.

The new development behind the odd-side of Presidential Drive is continuing beyond the Resort. Here are photos from 243F2, the last building on Presidential Drive where you can see the homes immediately backing to the Resort are finished.
