Grand Palms Resort is pleased to offer a monthly payment plan for your maintenance fees. This program is designed to give more flexibility with your payments and with your vacation plans! We continue to diligently pursue and help those who haven’t paid by offering the monthly payment plan to make it easier for owners to pay their fees. Owners who switch to the plan are finding it substantially easier to pay smaller monthly payments than one lump sum at the beginning of the year.
How does the monthly payment plan work?
Your maintenance fee is divided into 12 equal installments to be paid each month via your choice of a credit card, debit card or checking account. You're also given the choice of one of our four monthly draft dates: the 5th, 10th, 15th or 20th of each month. You also have the option to pay it in full at any time without penalty. All we ask is that you please keep your information, including your method of payment, up-to-date in our system. If you've already signed up and are unsure if your account has your latest information, feel free to call our Owner Services at 888-913-4477 and they will be happy to help.
How do I benefit?
The best part is once you're set up for monthly payments, you can make your vacation reservation immediately! You'll have the option to use your week even though the maintenance fee hasn't been paid in full. "Maintenance fees are normally due right after the Holidays, which we know is a financially difficult time for many who are focused on buying gifts for loved ones," explains Rodney Brown, President of Grand Palms Resort. "We hope this payment option will help relieve the strain and make it easier for you to go on vacation!"

Why can't I enroll online for the maintenance fee program
Depends on your HOA #
We have been using the monthly payment plan for years. It is great for budgeting your maintenance fee rather than having a lump sum payment once a year. Even better now that the monthly service fee is dropped. Nice! 🙂
