We encourage you to fill out the online comment card at any point during your stay, that way we can correct anything that may be amiss and ensure that you have an exceptional vacation experience with us. The comment card is a brief survey that includes multiple choice questions, a rating scale, and short answer sections. The survey only takes approximately 1-3 minutes to complete. Through the Resort comment cards, you've given us several great suggestions for new amenities at Grand Palms Resort. Some of the top requested amenities have been gas-powered grills and sidewalks. We've added new gas grilling areas between buildings 206/208 and 221/223 along with new sidewalks around the Resort based on your feedback that you gave us through the Resort's comment cards.
